SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All our products are shipped only. Our primary shipping provider is Australia Post, but we may also use other providers like Fastway. The important thing is it doesn’t cost you more.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we ship to Australia only. We are looking at expanding to more countries and will make an announcement as soon as we do, so check back to find out when. If you are interested in bulk supply then please contact us today with your information and we’ll see what can be arranged.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Shipping times vary depending on when your order is placed, when it ships and how far apart we are. The closer you are packages are usually 2 business days but our friends over in WA can expect up to 6 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

PayPal is our primary and prefered method, it’s safe for everyone and fast which means your order can be processed quickly. We also offer Direct Deposit but as payments can take 3 business days to clear it may be longer before we ship your order.

How do I place an Order?

Visit our shop to browse our products, when you find something you like click on its picture to view more information and there you can add it to your virtual shopping cart. Once you have added the products you want click on the shopping trolley icon on the top right of the screen where you can proceed to the checkout and finalise your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. We allow customers to order products without the need of an account, however we recommend creating an account with us, it makes for a much faster experience next time round and a great way to keep track of your order history.

How Do I Track My Order?

The best way is to create an account with us, here you can see how your order is progressing and when it’s shipped. Currently we do not offer shipping tracking due to the added expense, but we are looking at adding this feature in the near future for those customers who would like it.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you received the wrong product or it is damaged, defective or doesn’t meet your standards then send it back to us for a full refund on the purchase price within 7 days.
